Landscape Lighting
Subtle by Day. Stunning at Night.
Uplights at the base of palms and specimen trees, path lights along walks, and wash lights across the front of the house. Each does a different job and most properties want a mix.
Twelve volt runs are safer to bury, cheaper to run and easy to add to later. The transformer sits out of sight and the cable goes underground, not pinned along a bed edge.
Warm light around 2700K flatters stucco, foliage and skin. Cooler light reads blue against a Florida house and makes plants look grey. We fit warm unless you ask otherwise.
Fixture count, cable run length and how much of the property you want lit. A front elevation is a short job. Lighting a whole property including a pool deck is a longer one.
Most systems run on a photocell or a timer so you never touch them. If you want zones on separate schedules, that gets planned before the cable goes in.
Landscape lighting explained
Why light a landscape you already paid for?
How it works
How we light your landscape.
1.
We walk it at dusk
We look at the yard when lighting matters, and pick what deserves to be seen.
2.
Fixture layout
Uplights, path lights and wash lights get placed on a plan you approve first.
3.
Wiring and install
Low-voltage lines get buried and fixtures set clean. No cables across the lawn.
4.
Aimed after dark
We come back at night, aim every fixture, and set the timers so it just works.

Our crew handles it start to finish. We keep the site clean while we work, and if anything comes up, a drainage problem or a plant that will not suit the spot, you hear it from us the same day rather than after the fact.
What does a free estimate include?
We come out, walk the property with you and talk through what it actually needs. You get a written quote with the scope on it. Free, and no obligation to book.
